Nuggets of wisdom.

Heres a little something he picked up in class today:

A rabbit was going on its way in the woods when it saw a crow perched high on a tree branch, doing apparently nothing. Wanting to be able to do absolutely nothing, it asked the crow if it could spend the whole day doing nothing, like the crow. The crow said sure, and the rabbit sat at the foot of the tree doing nothing too. It wasn't long before a fox on the prowl saw its prey sitting idle, and swiftly pounced on it carrying it away.

Moral of the story: You cant sit around doing nothing all day unless you are in a high position.

A turkey was hanging around near the foot of a tall tree, wanting to climb up, but didn't having the energy to climb all the way up. A bull nearby suggested that it eat some of its dung, which it claimed to be nutritious and will provide enough energy for the turkey to climb all the way up. The turkey agreed, and having eaten the dung, suddenly found itself energised and so it quickly climbed up the tree. Not long after it reached the top, a hunter saw it, and shot it down.

Moral of the story: Bullshit may get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.

A bird was flying south for the winter, and after flying for a long time, decided to rest near a bull. As it reached the ground, the bird accidentally landed on some of the bull's dung. As it tried to get out, the bird realised that the dung was nice and warm, and decided to stay in there for a while. The bird was so comfortable in the dung, that it started to sing. A cat heard the bird singing, and found it in the dung. The cat made off with its catch.

Moral of the story: People who give you shit, aren't always your enemy. People who drag you out of shit aren't always your friend. And if you get stuck in deep shit, keep your mouth shut.
